I was approached by the owners of the property to complete a feasibility study to ascertain if a second dwelling would fit onto the block without removal of the existing property.

I organised the plans and approval from Council, on receiving the certificate to build I commenced preparation of the site. This included the footings and raising the structure 450mm to comply to the 1:100 flood zone.

The property is a 4 bedroom dwelling; huge Kitchen and Dining area with an outside fresco lounge, fully covered. 

The owners were surprised when I came in on budget and almost a month earlier than the scheduled completion date.
