Raleigh Street 1

AC&BS is an expert on difficult site construction. Raleigh Street is one prime example. The development from inception through to completion included many boundaries. Those included one dwelling sewer line being below the natural flow line and having to replace the whole sewer main as part of the consent.

In total, more than 200 cubic metres of concrete were required to build the properties and more than 100 lineal metres of retainer walls, including boundary fences.

The site itself proposed issues being in excess of the allowable 28 degree slope allowed by Council. All these issues were overcome with coordinated negotiations of all parties and Council.

Timber deliveries were not possible to the bottom property, to over come this major issue all frames for this property were built on site by myself having to hand move all the required materials.
