Combine Street

AC&BS was approached to form a partnership to construct a duplex in a 1:100 flood zone. The DA was approved by Council and the BA obtained. The slab had more than fifty four, three metre piers beneath the footings, allowing for the slab to move, giving the property the correct stability required.


The size of the location also posed issues with the duplexes being of two storey construction. Both these properties were completed with time frames and again nil defects raised within the then 7 year time requirements within the BCA.
